Startup Community Platform
The project encompassed a comprehensive redesign and development of the CFL 2.0 platform, initiated with an in-depth customer discovery process. This phase involved conducting structured interviews with both free and premium users to ascertain the key value propositions of the platform. Insights from these interviews informed the subsequent design phase, where our focus was to conceptualize and develop new user flows. These flows were strategically crafted to facilitate and encourage transitions into premium memberships. Adopting a product-led growth approach, our design efforts were geared towards enhancing user experience and engagement. This methodology proved to be pivotal in achieving a marked increase in CFL's bottom-line revenue. The project's success is a testament to the efficacy of user-centered design and strategic product development in driving business growth.
